Turbine Access System
The Turbine Access System (TAS) be applied to improve access from transport vessel to offshore wind turbines. The TAS which enables a large decrease in gap between transfer vessel and offshore tower by active motion compensation, and that can reduce the 50% vertical movement and make the vertical acceleration less than 0.2 g at the front position of the gangway to ensure the safety when people boarding or get off from the platform.
