Consultation and Review of Construction Supervision and Contract Fulfillment Management
Develop the supervision plan and execute the approved plan, dispatch personnel to supervise the vendors to construct according to the contract and design drawings. Review the construction plan, quality control plan, scheduled progress, construction drawings, equipment samples, catch-up plan, construction period extensions.
