Flora Expo I Hybrid Boat
“Flora Expo I” is the boat used for river tours during the 2010 Taipei International Flora Exposition for tourists going to Dazhi Shopping District or Raohe Street Night Market after touring the Flora Exposition. It was also used for entering the Flora Exposition area from Meiti Wharf of Dazhi Shopping District or Xikou Wharf next to Raohe Street Night Market, as another way of touring the Flora Exposition.
The Ship and Ocean Design Center was responsible for the planning and design of “Flora Expo I” into a hybrid power vessel in 2012, and TC Yachts was responsible for the modification work. This modified hybrid power Flora Expo I is different from other vessels operating on the blue highway, which in turn attracts the willingness of cruising the blue highway and reduces the pollution emissions to protect the ecological environment.
After being modified by this design, when the power of “Flora Expo I” is running low, the generator can charge the lithium battery pack immediately, without the need to berth for charging. Also, the status of the ship owner can be enhanced with its high-tech and environmental protection image, as well as increasing the value of the product.
