Underwater Pre-Piling Template
The development of offshore wind farms must rely on the construction of underwater foundations, of which the accuracy of underwater piling operations will affect the installation effects of subsequent underwater foundations; therefore, underwater pre-piling template must be used to build a stable datum plane on the uneven seabed to ensure that the position and verticality of the foundation piles conform to the basic design requirements, and to achieve the objective of correct installation and reduce construction risks, and meet our Country’s needs for promoting offshore wind farm development.
The underwater pre-piling template is an important machine tool for assisting the jacket foundation installation.The SOIC developed the underwater pre-piling template that integrates the underwater leveling measurement technology and the pile stick-up measurement technology to assist template be used to compensate the seabed elevation difference up to 1 meter by hydraulic system when template be placed on the seabed, and the vertical deviation of the pile guide sleeve is less than 0.5 degree after the leveling, and the pile stick-up elevation difference of each pile is less than 1 cm after pile driving.
