and maintenance, O&amp;M)\u4f5c\u696d\u5c07\u70ba\u7576\u5730\u5e36\u4f86\u6bd4\u6700\u521d\u9810\u671f\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u6548\u76ca\u3002O&amp;M\u5c07\u6bcf\u5e74\u5275\u902040\u523050\u500b\u5168\u8077\u7b49\u6548(Full Time Equivalent, FTE)\u8077\u4f4d\uff0c\u7e3d\u8a08800\u52301000\u500b\u5de5\u4f5c\u8077\u4f4d\uff0c\u9019\u9060\u9ad8\u65bc\u5c08\u6848\u65e9\u671f\u958b\u767c\u671f\u9593\u6240\u9810\u4f30\u7684660\u500b\u65b0FTE\u8077\u4f4d\u3002\u5728\u4e9e\u4f2f\u4e01\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u96fb\u5834\u7684\u904b\u71df\u671f\u5167\uff0c\u8207\u4f9b\u61c9\u5546\u7c3d\u8a02\u7684\u672c\u5730\u5408\u540c\u5c07\u70ba\u4e9e\u4f2f\u4e01\u90e1\u7d93\u6fdf\u5e36\u4f86\u8d85\u904e500\u842c\u82f1\u938a\u7684\u6536\u5165\u3002<br \/>\n\u4e9e\u4f2f\u4e01\u7063\u768493.2 MW\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u96fb\u5834\u662f\u9996\u5bb6\u4f7f\u7528MHI Vestas 8.8 MW\u98a8\u529b\u6e26\u8f2a\u6a5f\u7684\u98a8\u96fb\u5834\uff0c\u65bc2018\u5e749\u6708\u843d\u6210\u3002<br \/>\nVattenfall\u5831\u544a\u8aaa\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u793e\u6703\u7d93\u6fdf\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u898f\u5283\u548c\u958b\u767c\u3001\u9678\u4e0a\u5efa\u8a2d\u548cO&amp;M\u968e\u6bb5\u5c0d\u5730\u65b9\u548c\u8607\u683c\u862d\u6574\u500b\u7d93\u6fdf\u9ad4\u7684\u50f9\u503c\u88ab\u4f4e\u4f30\u4e86\uff0c\u4f46\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u96e2\u5cb8\u5efa\u8a2d\u968e\u6bb5\u5c0d\u9019\u4e9b\u5730\u5340\u7684\u50f9\u503c\u88ab\u9ad8\u4f30\u4e86\u3002<br \/>\n\u300c\u5c0d\u54e1\u5de5\u6027\u8cea\u8abf\u67e5\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u5927\u7d0460%\u7684\u9678\u4e0a\u5efa\u7bc9\u5de5\u4eba\u4f86\u81ea\u4e9e\u4f2f\u4e01\u90e1\u5730\u5340\uff0c\u5176\u991840%\u4f86\u81ea\u8607\u683c\u862d\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u5340\u3002\u76f8\u6bd4\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u5c08\u6848\u6027\u8cea\u5c0f\u3001\u65bd\u5de5\u9031\u671f\u77ed\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5de5\u4eba\u5177\u5099\u6240\u9700\u6280\u80fd\uff0c\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u6d77\u4e0a\u65bd\u5de5\u5718\u968a\u90fd\u4e0d\u662f\u4f86\u81ea\u7576\u5730\u300d\u3002<br \/>\n\u6839\u64da\u8a72\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u4f30\u8a08\uff0c\u5728\u8fd1\u6d77\u5efa\u8a2d\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u5728500\u4eba\u6700\u9ad8\u5cf0\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u529b\u4e2d\uff0c\u53ea\u670910\u540d\u8607\u683c\u862d\u4eba\u3002<br \/>\nVattenfall\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u81ea2018\u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u6b50\u6d32\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u96fb\u90e8\u7f72\u4e2d\u5fc3(European Offshore Wind Deployment Centre, EOWDC)\u4e00\u76f4\u5728\u52aa\u529b\u5e6b\u52a9\u89e3\u6c7a\u82f1\u570b\u7684\u6280\u80fd\u548c\u4f9b\u61c9\u5546\u5dee\u8ddd\uff0c\u4e26\u57fa\u65bc\u901a\u904e\u69cb\u5efaEOWDC\u7372\u5f97\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u3002<br \/>\n\u958b\u767c\u5546\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u81ea2018\u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u5b83\u5728\u82f1\u570b\u8209\u8fa6\u4e8660\u591a\u5834\u4f9b\u61c9\u93c8\u6703\u8b70\uff0c\u8986\u84cb600\u591a\u5bb6\u672c\u5730\u548c\u82f1\u570b\u516c\u53f8\u4ee5\u53ca\u5229\u76ca\u76f8\u95dc\u8005\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u80af\u7279\u90e1\u548c\u8afe\u798f\u514b\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86\u6559\u80b2\u548c\u8ab2\u7a0b\u8a08\u5283\u3002<br \u4e9e\u4f2f\u4e01\u7063\u768493.2 MW\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u96fb\u5834\u662f\u9996\u5bb6\u4f7f\u7528MHI Vestas 8.8 MW\u98a8\u529b\u6e26\u8f2a\u6a5f\u7684\u98a8\u96fb\u5834\uff0c\u65bc2018\u5e749\u6708\u843d\u6210\u3002 Vattenfall\u5831\u544a\u8aaa\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u793e\u6703\u7d93\u6fdf\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u898f\u5283\u548c\u958b\u767c\u3001\u9678\u4e0a\u5efa\u8a2d\u548cO&amp;M\u968e\u6bb5\u5c0d\u5730\u65b9\u548c\u8607\u683c\u862d\u6574\u500b\u7d93\u6fdf\u9ad4\u7684\u50f9\u503c\u88ab\u4f4e\u4f30\u4e86\uff0c\u4f46\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u96e2\u5cb8\u5efa\u8a2d\u968e\u6bb5\u5c0d\u9019\u4e9b\u5730\u5340\u7684\u50f9\u503c\u88ab\u9ad8\u4f30\u4e86\u3002 Vattenfall\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u81ea2018\u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u6b50\u6d32\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u96fb\u90e8\u7f72\u4e2d\u5fc3(European Offshore Wind Deployment Centre, EOWDC)\u4e00\u76f4\u5728\u52aa\u529b\u5e6b\u52a9\u89e3\u6c7a\u82f1\u570b\u7684\u6280\u80fd\u548c\u4f9b\u61c9\u5546\u5dee\u8ddd\uff0c\u4e26\u57fa\u65bc\u901a\u904e\u69cb\u5efaEOWDC\u7372\u5f97\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u3002
