GL \u8207\u8208\u9054\u6d77\u57fa\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u662f\u5728DNV GL \u8207\u8208\u9054\u6d77\u57fa\u6bcd\u516c\u53f8\u4e2d\u92fc\u516c\u53f8\u6210\u529f\u5408\u4f5c\u95dc\u4fc2\u4e4b\u5ef6\u7e8c\u3002DNV GL\u5c08\u696d\u9867\u554f\u7fa4\u5229\u7528\u5176\u5168\u7403\u6027\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u70ba\u4e2d\u92fc\u300c\u4e2d\u80fd\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u5834\u300d\u63d0\u4f9b\u5c08\u696d\u5354\u52a9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>DNV GL\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u7d93\u6fdf\u90e8\u80fd\u6e90\u5c40\u65bc 2025 \u5e74\u8a2d\u7acb\u4e00\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891,\u76ee\u6a19\u70ba 20%\u7684\u767c\u96fb\u91cf(30GW)\u5747\u4f86\u81ea\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u3002\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u96fb\u6709\u671b\u6210\u70ba\u5be6\u73fe\u9019\u4e00\u76ee\u6a19\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u63a8\u52d5\u529b,\u5728\u5df2\u898f\u5283\u7684 30GW \u4e2d\u4f54\u4e86 5.7GW\u3002\u5728 2025 \u5e74\u76ee\u6a19\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u4e0a,\u5c0d\u65bc\u7b2c\u4e09\u968e\u6bb5\u7684\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u5834\u958b\u767c\u898f\u5283,\u5df2\u5ba3\u4f48\u5728 2026 \u5e74\u81f3 2035 \u5e74\u671f\u9593,\u6bcf\u5e74\u589e\u52a0 1GW \u7684\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u4f75\u7db2\u5bb9\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>DNV GL\u4e5f\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e09\u968e\u6bb5\u5340\u584a\u958b\u767c\u5373\u5c07\u5230\u4f86\uff0c2026\u5e74\u81f3 2035 \u5e74\u5e95\u5c07\u518d\u91cb\u51fa10GW\u88dd\u7f6e\u5bb9\u91cf\uff0c\u5c46\u6642\u53f0\u7063\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u96fb\u7d2f\u8a08\u5efa\u7f6e\u5bb9\u91cf\u5c07\u9054\u5230 15.7GW\u3002\u5efa\u7acb\u81ea\u4e3b\u4f9b\u61c9\u93c8\uff0c\u4e0d\u4f46\u7b26\u5408\u653f\u5e9c\u8a2d\u5b9a\u7684\u5728\u5730\u5316\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4ea6\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u9054\u6210\u53f0\u7063\u5feb\u901f\u767c\u5c55\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u96fb\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<p>DNV GL\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u6b64\u6b21\u5408\u4f5c\u5c07\u4f7f\u5f97 DNV GL \u5728\u6b50\u6d32\u7b49\u5730\u7684\u6210\u719f\u96e2\u5cb8\u958b\u767c\u7d93\u9a57\u8207\u8208\u9054\u6d77\u57fa\u5728\u92fc\u9435\u88fd\u9020\u8c50\u5bcc\u77e5\u8b58\u4e92\u76f8\u914d\u5408\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u5be6\u73fe\u4e0a\u8ff0\u76ee\u6a19\u3002DNV GL \u5c07\u5728\u7ba1\u67b6\u5f0f\u6c34\u4e0b\u57fa\u790e\u88fd\u9020\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d,\u5411\u8208\u9054\u6d77\u57fa\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u95dc\u6280\u8853,\u5f8c\u52e4\u898f\u5283\u548c\u7522\u54c1\u8cea\u91cf\u65b9\u9762\u7b49\u907f\u96aa\u4e4b\u76f8\u95dc\u5efa\u8b70\u3002\u900f\u904e\u5728\u5730\u5316\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4f7f\u9032\u5165\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u570b\u969b\u958b\u767c\u5546\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u5834\u958b\u767c\u7684\u5404\u500b\u968e\u6bb5\uff0c\u8207\u53f0\u7063\u5728\u5730\u4eba\u624d\u548c\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u5728\u5730\u5ee0\u5546\u5982\u8208\u9054\u6d77\u57fa\u7b49\u5171\u540c\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u9806\u5229\u5b8c\u6210\u958b\u767c\u8a08\u756b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8208\u9054\u6d77\u57fa\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5728\u70ba\u7b2c\u4e09\u968e\u6bb5\u505a\u6e96\u5099\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0cDNV GL \u7684\u5168\u7403\u7d93\u9a57\u4ee5\u53ca\u4ed6\u5011\u5c0d\u5728\u5730\u9700\u6c42\u7684\u7406\u89e3\uff0c\u5c07\u6210\u70ba\u8208\u9054\u6d77\u57fa\u70ba\u53f0\u7063\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u96fb\u5c08\u6848\u63d0\u4f9b\u512a\u8cea\u6c34\u4e0b\u57fa\u790e\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u3002<\/p>\n<p>DNV GL\u53f0\u7063\u80fd\u6e90\u8aee\u8a62\u90e8\u9580\u7d93\u7406\u5f35\u660e\u8f1d\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u81ea\u5f9eDNV GL\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u96fb\u90e8\u9580\u5728\u53f0\u7063\u6210\u7acb\u4ee5\u4f86\u5c31\u6301\u7e8c\u5354\u52a9\u5404\u7a2e\u570b\u969b\u53ca\u672c\u571f\u76f8\u95dc\u958b\u767c\u8a08\u756b\uff0cDNV GL\u5c08\u696d\u9867\u554f\u7fa4\u5229\u7528\u5176\u5168\u7403\u6027\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u70ba\u4e2d\u92fc\u300c\u4e2d\u80fd\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u5834\u300d\u63d0\u4f9b\u5c08\u696d\u5354\u52a9\u3002 20%\u7684\u767c\u96fb\u91cf(30GW)\u5747\u4f86\u81ea\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u3002\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u96fb\u6709\u671b\u6210\u70ba\u5be6\u73fe\u9019\u4e00\u76ee\u6a19\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u63a8\u52d5\u529b,\u5728\u5df2\u898f\u5283\u7684 30GW \u4e2d\u4f54\u4e86 5.7GW\u3002\u5728 2025 \u5e74\u76ee\u6a19\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u4e0a,\u5c0d\u65bc\u7b2c\u4e09\u968e\u6bb5\u7684\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u5834\u958b\u767c\u898f\u5283,\u5df2\u5ba3\u4f48\u5728 2026 \u5e74\u81f3 2035 \u5e74\u671f\u9593,\u6bcf\u5e74\u589e\u52a0 1GW \u7684\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u529b\u767c\u96fb\u4f75\u7db2\u5bb9\u91cf\u3002 DNV GL\u4e5f\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e09\u968e\u6bb5\u5340\u584a\u958b\u767c\u5373\u5c07\u5230\u4f86\uff0c2026\u5e74\u81f3 2035 \u5e74\u5e95\u5c07\u518d\u91cb\u51fa10GW\u88dd\u7f6e\u5bb9\u91cf\uff0c\u5c46\u6642\u53f0\u7063\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u96fb\u7d2f\u8a08\u5efa\u7f6e\u5bb9\u91cf\u5c07\u9054\u5230 15.7GW\u3002\u5efa\u7acb\u81ea\u4e3b\u4f9b\u61c9\u93c8\uff0c\u4e0d\u4f46\u7b26\u5408\u653f\u5e9c\u8a2d\u5b9a\u7684\u5728\u5730\u5316\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4ea6\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u9054\u6210\u53f0\u7063\u5feb\u901f\u767c\u5c55\u96e2\u5cb8\u98a8\u96fb\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002
